Overview
This policy explains what happens with your information when you visit schoolfit.com.au or send us a message. SchoolFit is still in early development — today, this website has no account creation. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and our contact form is the only other way we collect information from you.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. The form is handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your submission to our inbox — see “How we use your information” below for how that sharing works. See “Analytics and cookies” below for the other information collected when you browse the site.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, and general information like device type and approximate location. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site; we don’t use it to identify you personally. You can control or block these cookies through your browser settings, or use a browser extension that opts you out of Google Analytics.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to reply to your message and, if you’ve asked us to, to let you know when SchoolFit is ready for your family. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties beyond Web3Forms (to deliver your message to us) and Google Analytics (as described above).
Data storage and retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and follow up on your interest, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
As SchoolFit develops
If we introduce an account system or other data collection in future, we’ll update this policy to reflect what’s actually collected, and aim to make any material change clear before it takes effect.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by getting in touch through our contact form.
