Overview
This policy explains what happens with your information when you visit schoolfit.com.au or contact us. SchoolFit is still in early development — today, this website has no account creation or forms. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the only other way to reach us is by email.
Information we collect
Whatever you choose to send us by emailing support@schoolfit.com.au — for example, your name, email address, and anything else you include in your message. We don’t use contact forms on this site today. See “Analytics and cookies” below for the other information collected when you browse the site.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, and general information like device type and approximate location. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site; we don’t use it to identify you personally. You can control or block these cookies through your browser settings, or use a browser extension that opts you out of Google Analytics.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to reply to your message and, if you’ve asked us to, to let you know when SchoolFit is ready for your family. We don’t sell or share your information with third parties, beyond Google Analytics as described above.
Data storage and retention
We keep emails for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and follow up on your interest, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
As SchoolFit develops
If we introduce an account system, a waitlist form, or other data collection in future, we’ll update this policy to reflect what’s actually collected, and aim to make any material change clear before it takes effect.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@schoolfit.com.au.
